POLICIES

General Art & Event Guidelines 

• Liability & Personal Safety: Art Mill Collective is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or clothing damage sustained during our events or workshops. Participants assume all inherent risks associated with using art materials, tools, and venue equipment.

• Property Protection: While we non-toxic materials where possible, acrylics paint can permanently stain clothing, shoes, surfaces, and personal belongings. Please dress accordingly; aprons are provided, but full stain protection is not guaranteed.

• Attire & Footwear: Wear comfortable, casual clothing you wouldn't mind getting paint on. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for mobile and pop-up events.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

• Mobile & Venue Setup: Host sites must provide a safe, well-lit, and climate-controlled environment with adequate space and accessibility to water for setup and cleanup. Art Mill Collective is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or damage to host property. 

• Venue-Specific Age Policies: Age limits vary depending on the event location. Guests attending events at venues serving alcohol (bars, breweries, wineries, etc.) must be 21 or older with a valid ID, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if the venue permits.
